A nation that gives up its future

This is what a dysfunctional society looks like.
A country condemned to self-destruction by its own people.

Young people without the ability to express themselves correctly.
Young people without moral values, who don’t understand how the world around them operates.
Young people without a clear purpose in life. They lack any kind of moral discipline.
Young people who don’t understand the value of life and the responsibilities that come with it.

But they are right in their own way. At least the first one in the video.

I wouldn’t be willing to fight for something that doesn’t exist either.
Something that harms me more than the enemy on the front.
Why would I die for a country that is dying before me?
A country that doesn’t care about the heroes who fought for its existence today.
Moreover, how can I fight if we go to war empty-handed?
How can I fight when our military training is inadequate and inefficient in the wolf’s den?
How can I fight with dysfunctional and outdated equipment against enemies more advanced by almost a century?

However, if it were as it should be, mandatory military service is necessary.
Young people need to be disciplined. They need to understand the value of life, grasp their responsibilities, and learn to be accountable. They need to establish values and moral principles. They should discover their limits and develop spiritually. They must be capable of defending and protecting their family, people, and country.

But here, young people represent the victimized part.
The aggressor part is represented by their parents.
Parents who, in their attempt to evolve and adapt, have abandoned all their values and moral principles.
Parents too proud to admit they’re wrong.
Too humble to assert themselves.
Too ignorant to get involved.
Parents who, out of fear of repeating the past, give up on changing the future.
Parents who refuse to take responsibility for the future of the nation. For their children.

However, putting all responsibilities in the hands of the system is the greatest mistake a nation can make.

(This is also one of the reasons why we no longer have mandatory and poorly prepared military service. The system doesn’t want strong, principled, and valued young people because they cannot be controlled. They cannot be fooled. They cannot be stolen. That’s why the system sabotages young people. That’s why the education system is in shambles. That’s why we don’t have a functional army. Because the system wants mentally weak, malleable, and sensitive young people to be easily controlled, and educated only enough to work for the system.)

A nation that gives absolute power to the system is a nation that condemns itself to suffering, poverty, corruption, injustice, slavery, and death.
It’s a nation that gives up its future.
It’s a nation that disrespects its ancestors and heroes who suffered, fought, and shed blood to ensure the well-being, freedom, and future of this nation.

And this nation is the Romanian people.
A nation of respectful people lacking respect.
A nation of moral people lacking principles and values.
A nation of Christians without God.
